What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email, it takes us 1-2 business days to ship your order out.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order.

I have a special event planned, do you offer rush shipping?

We offer express 1 day shipping, it is pricey but has a guaranteed delivery time.

If you have any special request, we will try our best to help you! Don’t panic, send us an email and we will get back to you within hours. If the product is in stock, it can be shipped the same day if the order is placed before 3pm. If you are in NYC, you can also pick up in person.

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through “contact us” page. 

Where do you ship?

We currently ship world wide, your shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout. We use USPS or DHL for our international service.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 1-2 days to ship out.

Standard shipping time will be presented at checkout based on your location. You can find them when choosing for a delivery method before confirming your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.

We additionally offer support for Paypal, FB Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo. You can chose these payment methods at checkout.

Will I pay taxes for international shipping?

Deliveries in Europe will have to pay custom taxes if contacted by customs.

Our delivery partner will handle the clearance and will invoice you in local currency for the duties and taxes linked to your order if requested by customs.

Do you have physical stores?

We currently don’t have any physical stores under our brand name. However, we do offer studio pickup from our Brooklyn location. If you wish to pick up same day or next day, leave us a note when you checkout and we will get back to you on the item’s availability.
